The mission of the CAEC is to expand employment opportunities for people living with disabilities leading to an improved quality of life and independence. We believe accessibility is key to empowering disabled individuals in their careers and life.
What we do
The CAEC establishes partnerships, collaborate with community agencies, organizations, and faith based institutions addressing employment and community inclusion for people with disabilities.

The CAEC provides resources to disabled individuals seeking support in finding employment.
Educating Employers
We work with employers seeking resources and partnerships in order to support their diverse staff.
Enabling Specialists
The Consortium coordinates trainings and information for service providers that assist disabled individuals.
